Call centers at different locations At present our company has call centers in a number of locations having Tele-callers and supervisors. They focus on matured pool, early bucket collections and write off cases. The call centers have PRI channels, dialer, and call recorders to execute and make the process efficient.
Field Collection Company has field executives who concentrate on flow bucket recovery. There are separate teams which focus on lower bucket collections and write off cases. VGM Consultants also provides a specialized crack team for legal recovery. VGM has an extensive local and legal network with whom the difficult cases are cracked.
